Join us for an in-depth exploration of quantum noise model, control, and error handling. This comprehensive course covers various types of quantum errors, including relaxation, dephasing, Pauli, leakage, correlated errors, crosstalk, SPAM errors, and pulse deformation. You'll learn techniques for mitigating these errors through quantum control and quantum codes. Additionally, we'll cover fault-tolerant quantum computing and various decoding techniques. This workshop is suitable for researchers, students, and professionals interested in the field of quantum computing and quantum error correction.
This workshop is perfect for senior undergrads, graduate students, and junior researchers. Of course, we won't leave out the professionals who are interested in joining. Just a heads up though, this workshop is not for the faint of heart. We're going to be diving into some intense studying, discussions, and presentations for two whole weeks. So, if you're feeling a bit lazy, this may not be the workshop for you!
